Polyface pigs spend their entire lives on the farm, serving a variety of purposes as the graze on grass and hay, resulting in juicy and flavorful meat. The farmers at Polyface never use antibiotics, steroids or hormones. The animal's grass 'salad' and insect diet is supplemented with non-GMO feed.

Polyface hams are smoked at the farm and weigh 2-4lbs.

Hams are delivered frozen on Thursday, November 18, and must be picked up that day. Each ham will be priced individually and the final price will exclude your prior deposit.
