Food for Thought: This inspiring and transformative class will focus on creating a stronger and healthier version of your mind, body, and spirit.  You will learn real life techniques that will help you live in the moment and realize your amazing self!! Melissa Weaver, LCSW and author of Re- Constructed will speak to the ways she defied cancer and built a more purposeful life.  Melissa will talk about her strategies for healthy eating, mindfulness, taking time to "put on our own oxygen mask" and reprioritizing one's life.  Students will leave with Melissa's favorite recipes and a copy of her recently released book, Re- Constructed.
