Nine-to-Fiver Sourdough Workshop: Fitting Artisan Wild Yeast Bread Into The Modern Work Week

Learn to bake some of the best bread you can find in your own home oven. Join us to finally learn how to fit baking incredible natural wild-yeast bread into a schedule that works for you. The workshop will review key differences with bread baking with wild yeast, how to maintain your starter, working with high-hydration doughs, sprouting grains, shaping techniques, hearth-style baking methods, and a list of helpful tools and books. Each participant will go home ready to start their own bread with some fresh wild yeast starter of their own and a detailed recipe. No bread baking experience required.
