The manager at Little House will have a range of responsibilities ranging from growing sales to staff supervision. Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, collaborating with vendors, ensuring that safety policies are implemented, solving customer complaints, developing marketing campaigns, maintain standards of excellence among all areas of the store, management of day to day total store operations including customer service, training and development of all store associates, labor management, cash and inventory control, asset protection, store safety and cleanliness as well as performance management, covering shifts as needed.

Qualified candidates must have experience directly managing staff, working in retail, restaurant or grocery, and small business growth.
