One gorgeous February day, I visited Dragonfly Farm in Beaverdam. Little House carries a variety of cuts from Dragonfly Farm, including short ribs, Osso Bucco, stew meat, as well as chuck roast porterhouse, and rib steaks. Bruce Johnson and his wife Katherine are growing a heard of Belted Galloway and Angus cattle, as well as a few sheep, some 'pet' goats and an attentive guard dog named Storm. We are so glad to be able to work with farmers like Bruce, because we know that raising animals on pasture is healthier for the animals, the farmers and the consumers. To further explore the benefits of eating 100% grass fed meats, check out Dragonly's website.
