Winter cold and flu season is upon us now. Join Forrest Green Farm's herb expert Krista Rahm for a practical and interesting approach to herbal support for your health.  In this workshop, we will discuss simple preventative measures with herbs and food combining that you can start implementing to keep your family healthy.  We will also go in-depth to discuss what herbal treatments and preparations you can take if you get colds or flu so you have faster recovery and avoid sinus and ear infections. This class will be hands-on with samples to taste and a demonstration on how to make elderberry syrup. Handouts included.
